岗位职责：
1. 负责公司仓库管理、调度工作；包括物品入库丶发货丶盘点丶仓库系统操作等；
2. 安排及时出库派送，核对货物清单，并把货物运送情况录入系统，根据每天发货的情况及时安排出库调度；处理客户发货指令，解决日常操作问题，提供优质客户服务；
3. 推动入库货物拆柜工作落地和仓库工作人员的衔接工作；
4. 负责公司货物LOCAL卡车派送和亚马逊送仓卡车调度，以及外部运输资源合作及调度；
5. 车辆在途跟踪，处理运输过程中发生的异常等突发事件；
6. 完成上级领导交代的其他工作。
职位要求：
1. 本科以上学历，特别优秀者可放宽条件；需中文/英语/墨西哥 口语及书写流利。
2. 至少2年或以上的海外仓调度管理工作经验，有相关的卡车和贷物调度管理工作经验；有基础海运知识、具备跨境电商仓储管理经验。
3. 有较强的沟通和协调能力；会熟练使用电脑办公软件，细心有责任心，心态积极向上，学习能力强，能面对压力有序处理订单以及解决问题。
4. 熟悉洛杉矶当地情况，了解洛杉矶及全美境内物流运送通道及当地行业相关法律法规。
工作时间：周一至周五
09:00-18:00 午休一个小时

Recruitment: Warehouse Operator/Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the company's warehouse management and scheduling work; including item warehousing, shipment, inventory, warehouse system operation, etc.;
2. Arrange timely out-of-warehouse delivery, check the cargo list, enter the cargo delivery status into the system, and timely arrange out-of-warehouse dispatch according to daily shipments; handle customer delivery instructions, solve daily operational problems, and provide high-quality customer service;
3. Promote the implementation of unpacking of incoming goods and the connection between warehouse staff;
4. Responsible for the LOCAL truck delivery of the company's goods and the dispatch of Amazon warehouse trucks, as well as the cooperation and dispatch of external transportation resources;
5. Track vehicles in transit and handle abnormalities and other emergencies that occur during transportation;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, conditions may be relaxed for particularly outstanding candidates; fluency in Chinese/English/Mexican speaking and writing is required.
2. At least 2 years or more of overseas warehouse dispatching management experience, relevant truck and loan dispatching management experience; basic shipping knowledge, and cross-border e-commerce warehousing management experience.
3. Strong communication and coordination skills; be proficient in using microsoft office software, be careful and responsible, positive attitude, strong learning ability, and be able to handle orders and solve problems in an orderly manner under pressure.
4. Be familiar with the local situation in Los Angeles, understand the logistics transportation traffic in Los Angeles and the United States, and the relevant laws and regulations of the local industry.
Working hours: Monday to Friday
09:00-18:00 One hour lunch break
