Job Description:
The candidate will be a strong communicator and will be responsible for coordinating and representing the interests of Finance Operations in the areas of Vendor/Client dispute management. The responsibility of this role will be Global process management. This individual will be a very strong leader who is adaptive at driving change within a very dynamic business environment and has a proven record of delivering process efficiency results.
Main Tasks:
Setting up process priorities in financial area, including employee reimbursement, AR aging management, management reporting, inventory reporting, and aligning with overall organization goals
Driving organization’s strategy, improving process efficiencies and effectiveness, spearheads development and implementation of tools and other automation
Exploring upstream/downstream improvement opportunities by working with business partners, identifying root causes and building long term solutions
Evaluating financial controllership risks, assessing the adequacy of existing controls, and partnering with controllership team to implement new controls as needed
Operationalizing policies, documentation and implementation, and procedural compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. This includes developing, modifying and maintaining the operational and design effectiveness of internal controls partnering with Internal Audit
Leading and contributing in other process areas like collections, cash application, credit notes, deduction management, and vendor/customer contact management
Meeting deadlines while managing multiple projects
Driving deep and design/redesign processes for existing as well as new business lines/geos expansion
Work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment - strong in dealing with ambiguity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Math, Economics, or equivalent professional experience
Advanced Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) modeling, and experience with data analytics
Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate business processes
Advanced presentation skills and the ability to guide and influence leadership
Ability to work with minimal direction in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
Preferred Qualifications:
2 or more years in FP&A, finance, or accounting, International experience at a multinational organization is a plus
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)/ Association Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) is a plus
The Big four accounting firms work experience is a plus, including Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG.
Highest regard for accuracy and completeness, experience of project management is a plus
Experience with complex problem solving, using Lean Six Sigma is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and Chinese speaking is a plus
