Duties and Responsibilities:

· Meet or exceed sales target by closely working with team members.

· Analyze and develop annual/quarterly/monthly sales growing strategies and media plans for the store channel.

· Lead the development
implementation
and successful execution of local promotion events

· Manage
coach and motivate sales team to deliver better performance

· Continuously build and maintain business relationships with local partners.

· Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standard

Requirements:

· At least three years of sales or two years of sales management experience preferably with exposure to a retail environment

· Knowledge of existing Chinese market in Houston TX

Must speak Mandarin Chinese fluently
Cantonese preferred

· Driver’s license preferred
