主要职责：
1. 成本会计：

编制并分析财务报表
包括损益表、资产负债表及现金流预测
管理应收账款、应付账款及总账活动
5. 预算与预测：
协助编制年度预算及月度预测
分析预算与实际结果的差异
并向管理层提供可行性建议
任职资格：
会计、财务或相关专业本科及以上学历
3年以上会计工作经验
具备制造业或生产环境经验者优先
熟练使用 QuickBooks Online
了解ERP系统（熟悉Odoo者优先）
熟练使用Excel进行相关统计分析与图表输出
具备扎实的库存及成本会计知识
出色的分析能力、组织能力及沟通能力
能够在快节奏的环境中独立完成多项任务并设定优先级

Position: Management Accountant
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cost Accounting:
Track and analyze production costs
inventory levels
and variances.
Develop and maintain accurate cost models to support pricing and budgeting
decisions.
Supervise and optimize inventory accounting processes to ensure the
accuracy of inventory data.
2. Operational Support:
Collaborate with production and inventory teams to optimize operational
efficiency.
Provide financial insights to support decisions related to production
inventory,
and supply chain.
Ensure financial operations comply with relevant regulations and internal
policies.
3. Process Improvement:
Participate in the implementation and transition to the Odoo ERP system.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting
and operational efficiency.
4. Financial Management:
Manage daily accounting operations using QuickBooks Online and oversee
the future migration to the Odoo system.
Prepare and analyze financial statements
including profit and loss
statements
balance sheets
and cash flow forecasts.
Oversee accounts receivable
accounts payable
and general ledger
activities.
5. Budgeting and Forecasting:
Assist in preparing annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
Analyze variances between budgeted and actual results
providing actionable
recommendations to management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting
Finance
or a related field.
At least 3 years of accounting experience
preferably in manufacturing or
production environments.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and familiarity with ERP systems (experience
with Odoo is a plus).
Strong knowledge of inventory and cost accounting principles.
Ability to speak
read
and write in Chinese is a must.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
Excellent analytical
organizational
and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in manufacturing
inventory management
or production accounting.
Familiarity with process improvement initiatives and ERP system implementation.
