Position: Sales Representative
Location: Austin, Texas
Employment Type: Full-time
I. Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for sales of transformers, power distribution boxes, and oil replacement / filtration services.
2. Promote outsourced mining operation services, including but not limited to:
- Mining site construction, renovation, and upgrade projects;
- Site evaluation and due diligence;
- Daily operation and technical maintenance services for mining sites;
- Power resource sourcing and business opportunity development across the U.S. market.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships, regularly follow up on customer needs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
4. Collaborate closely with technical, engineering, and operations teams to provide customized sales proposals and quotations.
5. Participate in industry exhibitions, forums, and marketing activities to expand the company’s market presence.
6. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, market analyses, and performance forecasts to support company decision-making.
II. Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or related technical fields.
2. Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in transformer, electrical equipment, or mining operations industries.
3. Familiar with industrial client sales processes, with strong business negotiation and project coordination skills.
4. Proactive, responsible, and capable of independently managing projects while maintaining strong teamwork.
5. Strong customer orientation and market insight.
6. Excellent learning ability, adaptability, and goal-oriented mindset.
7. Willing to travel for client visits, site inspections, and industry events as required.
8. Passionate about the energy, power, and mining operations industries.

5、参与行业展会、论坛及相关市场推广活动,扩大市场影响力;
6、定期提交销售报告、市场分析及业绩预测,支持公司决策。
二、任职要求
1、本科及以上学历,商科、市场营销、电气工程或相关理工科专业优先;
2、3年以上销售经验,有变压器、电气设备或矿场运维行业相关销售经验;
3、熟悉工业类客户销售流程,具备商务谈判与项目协调能力;
4、性格积极主动,责任心强,能独立推进项目,同时保持团队协作精神;
5、较强的客户意识与市场洞察力;
6、较强的学习能力、灵活性和目标导向思维;
7、能适应一定频率的出差(客户拜访、现场考察、行业会议等);
8、对能源、电力及矿场运维行业充满兴趣与热情。
