Metal Green Recycling is a growing metal recycling company specializing in the buying。processing, and recycling of scrap metals. We are currently looking for a dependable and organized Receptionist / Scale Clerk to manage front office operations and assist customers and truck drivers.
Key Responsibilities
Weigh trucks in and out using the truck scale system
Issue scale tickets and process customer transactions
Greet customers, vendors, and truck drivers
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Coordinate with yard staff and management
Provide general administrative and office support
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Work Location: In person
