Noviland Warehoues is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role
you will assist in overseeing daily warehouse operations
ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and logistics
with a focus on supply chain optimization and transportation management. You will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory accuracy
managing staff
and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.



Responsibilities



1. Collaborating with the sales team and warehouse to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products to customers. Facilitate customer communication and ensure that they are well-informed.



2. Managing the supply chain process
including procurement
inventory management
and distribution of products.



3. Monitoring and managing warranty orders
ensuring that warranty claims are processed accurately and efficiently. Generate reports and analyze data on warranty orders to identify trends
common issues
and areas for improvement.



4. Generating UPS labels
LTL&3PL BOLs using appropriate software or online platforms. Managing the process of seeking compensation or reimbursement for losses or damages incurred during the transportation of goods
through thorough documentation
communication
and negotiation with carriers or insurers.



5. Monitor and track all freight-related expenses incurred through 3PL. Ensure effective management
analysis
and reporting of 3PL freight expenses
enabling informed decision-making and optimization of logistics operations.



6. Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily operations
including shipping
receiving
and inventory management.



7. Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes to optimize productivity and reduce operational costs.



8. Coordinate transportation planning and logistics for timely delivery of goods.



9. Monitor inventory levels and assist in demand planning to ensure adequate stock availability.



10. Conduct regular audits of warehouse operations to ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.



11. Train
supervise
and evaluate warehouse staff to enhance performance and promote a positive work environment.



12. Develop budgets for warehouse operations and monitor expenses to ensure adherence to financial goals.
