Job Summary:
Manage end-to-end procurement for mechanical/industrial products, including supplier sourcing, negotiation, logistics tracking, and inventory management to build sustainable supply channels.

Responsibilities:
1.Supplier Sourcing & Negotiation
Identify new suppliers via calls, emails, and on-site visits; negotiate pricing and long-term contracts.

2.Order & Logistics Management
Track production timelines, monitor shipments, inspect goods, and resolve quality issues.

3.Warehouse Operations
Conduct inventory counts, maintain storage organization, and update stock records.

4.Customs & Shipping Coordination
Apply knowledge of U.S. tariff policies; arrange cost-effective domestic/international shipments.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Skills:
1.Strong communication/persuasion abilities for supplier negotiations;
2.Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) and inventory software;
3.Valid U.S. driver’s license with clean record (for supplier/warehouse visits).
4.Legal Status: Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
