About Bayplus Global Inc.
Bayplus Global Inc. is a growing Houston-based distributor specializing in restaurant supplies, disposable foodservice products, janitorial supplies, paper products, food packaging, stretch film and food wrap. We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated Territory Sales Representative to expand our business throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop new customer accounts within the assigned territory.
• Visit distributors, restaurants, foodservice operators and janitorial supply customers.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales growth.
• Conduct regular customer visits, presentations and product demonstrations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer activity updates.
• Submit weekly sales activity reports.
• Collaborate with the Houston headquarters team to ensure excellent customer service.
Qualifications • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized and results-driven.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Experience in foodservice, packaging, restaurant supplies, janitorial supplies or distribution industries is a plus.
• Existing industry relationships are highly preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Compensation Package
• Base Salary: $2,000 per month
• Territory Development Allowance:
* Monthly collected sales below $50,000: $500
* $50,000 - $99,999: $1,000
* $100,000 - $149,999: $1,500
* Additional $500 allowance for every additional $50,000 in collected sales
• Commission: 2% of collected sales
* Uncapped earning potential
