Position: Spa Receptionist
Location: New York City, NY
Employment Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Salary: Starting at $60/hour + Sales Commission + Shared Tips
Full-Time Position Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers with a warm, friendly attitude.
Manage appointments and reservations using the Boulevard platform.
Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about our services.
Process transactions and manage the sales register.
Promote and sell our services and products to contribute to sales goals.
Maintain a clean, tidy front desk area.
Perform regular inventory counts and manage stock levels.
Work with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of customer service experience required.
Call center experience preferred.
Familiarity with booking platforms (especially Boulevard) preferred.
Sales experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Positive attitude and long-term thinking towards career development.
