Job description

Founded in 2008, H&M USA has become the premier importer and distributor of bulk dietary supplements and has consistently offered the highest quality ingredients to the nutritional, food and pharmaceutical industries.



The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager will oversee the activity of the quality assurance department and staff, developing, implementing, and maintaining quality systems.



Primary Responsibilities:



Maintain company QA policies & SOP’s.

Respond to regulatory and customer audits

Help maintain quality records, such as certificates of analysis, allergen, GMO and halal/kosher certificates in accordance with internal procedures

Support client technical documents and questionnaires requests

Hire and train quality assurance staff

Skills & Qualifications



Strong quality background, preferably in a GMP setting, such as a food or supplement manufacturer

Strong documentation experience

Minimum Bachelor of Science degree

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
