Works with Head Designer, VP of Production, and sales term. Works with factories, familiar with general inspection of garment construction. Works with and takes pictures of live models. Works with multiple projects. Works independently as well as with team members.

Adobe Illustrator HIGH LEVEL ABILITY- Must be able to execute detailed flat sketches in Illustrator

Microsoft Excel- working knowledge

Adobe Photoshop skills required

Knowledge of writing accurate garment specifications

Strong organization skills and HIGH attention to detail

Self-motivated Team Player

Excellent verbal communication skills

Calm Multi-tasker

Responsibilities and Duties

Creates tech packs - from proto development to TOP approval, checks fit on live models, takes pictures. Maintains accurate data follow up with vendors to insure timely delivery and meeting deadlines. Conducts daily email correspondence with vendors and cross functional teams. Tracks, reviews and maintains all incoming samples.

Qualifications and Skills

5 - 7 years of experience. Needs to be able to accurately measure woven top and dress in Junior and Missy&plus. Is able to work efficiently in Web PDM, Excel & Adobe Illustrator. Requires ability to prioritize work loads and handle multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently. Requires knowledge of pattern in order to make construction and fit comments to factories. Must be organized, neat and precise and make the grading in normal size and plus size
