Qualification:
- Bilingual in Chinese and English, familiar with Excel, word Quick books
- good at computer file filing and organization, assistant with schedule
-familiar with AIA contract and requisition submittal
- good at teamwork, easy commutes prefer
Daily duties --included not limited to:
AR /AP, financial reports. Data entry in QB, time tracking with payroll calculating, bank and credit card Reconcile, corporate with public accounting
