Fresh Pond Physical Therapy is looking for a Chinese Speaking Front Desk Receptionist.

Qualifications/Responsibilities:

High School Diploma required. Duties will include the ability to effectively manage the day to day operations，and work with staff members to maintain a high level of patient care and support.

The position requires that you are able to:

-Perform data entry，documentation，and correspondence.

-Verify the completeness and accuracy of patients' initial and ongoing registration forms, including but not limited to medical insurance coverage, insurance authorizations, and all information in accordance with patient benefits and eligibility.

-Handle heavy call volumes

-Accurately record payments received, and clearly explain financial options or obligations to patients

-Perform basic mathematical calculations

-All tasks must be performed with close adherence to both company rules and regulatory compliance.

-Maintain patient compliance and scheduling in coordination with the therapist's plan of care.
