Job Overview
本会计师事务所现诚聘税务会计。
We are seeking motivated full-time Tax Accountant / Tax Associate to join our CPA firm. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to develop practical experience in individual and business tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll support, and client service.
In this role, you will assist with preparing federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and businesses, maintaining accurate financial records, collecting client documents, and supporting day-to-day tax and accounting operations. Candidates with experience in individual tax returns, business tax returns, bookkeeping, payroll, or sales tax filings are preferred.
Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is required. This position is a strong opportunity for candidates who want to build hands-on experience in public accounting and tax compliance while working directly with experienced tax professionals.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Economics, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in tax preparation, accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, or related work
• Basic understanding of individual and business tax returns is preferred
• Familiarity with Form 1040, 1120, 1120-S, 1065, payroll tax, and sales tax filings is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with financial records, tax documents, and client data
• Experience with QuickBooks, tax software, or payroll software is preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines during tax season
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients and handle confidential information responsibly
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Fluent in Mandarin is required; professional English communication skills are preferred
