Bookkeeper Assistant for Restaurant Group

Job Title: Bookkeeper Assistant
Location: Flushing。NY
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Salary Hourly: $20.00 to $22.00
Our Business Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
BOOKKEEPING:
Record all financial transactions (invoices, payments, expenses and sales)
Review and verify all invoices/expenses for proper documentation
Communicate with vendors & employees regarding payables
Prepares payable payments for review and approval
Bank accounts reconciliations
Maintain hard & soft copies of invoices
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Associate degree in accounting/related field
Some office and administrative work experience
Good communication and organizational skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Bilingual in Chinese and English
