Tempco Glass Fabrication is a manufacturing company based in New York, supporting a wide range of customers through reliable operations, quality products, and strong internal processes. Our team values accuracy, collaboration, and continuous improvement. We are seeking an entry-level Accounts Receivable (AR) Associate to support our Accounting team. This role is responsible for assisting with customer invoicing, payment tracking, and maintaining accurate accounts receivable records. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in accounting or finance.

To ensure your success in our organization, we provide one on one training for this position.

**Key Responsibilities:

-Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.

-Track customer payments and follow up on outstanding balances.

-Maintain accurate AR records and resolve billing discrepancies.

-Prepare AR aging reports and updates for management.

-Coordinate month-end AR closing activities.

**An ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in accounting

-Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is a plus, Ability to communicate(written and verbal) effectively in English with customers and all staffing levels

-Proficient with Excel and relevant accounting systems strongly preferred

-Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirement

-1 years accounting experience, AR experience strongly preferred

-Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently

**Work hour: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (including 1 hour lunch break) From Monday to Friday
