About Us:

We are a dynamic and growing construction company specializing in MEP systems
Service and building management
with headquarters in Manhattan. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Controller to join our team and oversee our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all aspects of accounting
including accounts payable/receivable
general ledger
and payroll.

Prepare accurate and timely financial statements
budgets
and reports.

Ensure compliance with GAAP
tax regulations
and company policies.

Implement and maintain effective financial controls and systems.

Collaborate with project managers to track budgets and expenses for construction projects.

Handle financial audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Finance
or a related field.

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role
preferably in the construction industry.

Language Skills: Fluency in English and Chinese is required (Cantonese preferred).

Skills:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent organizational
analytical
and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Work Arrangement: This is an on-site position. Work-from-home options are not available.
