1,Accountant Qualifications and Skills:

- Bookkeeping experience for at least 3 years, Data Entry into our accounting software programs;

- Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, and bank reconciliations,

-Managing insurance renewals, workers comp, filing, and journal entries etc.,

- Log checks/payments made to corporations and record in QuickBooks and other accounting software.

-Process all vendor payments

- Manage payroll, tax report and assist CPA to file any tax return.

- Diversified Duties.

- More than three years of accounting role

-Proficiency in English and Mandarin.

2,Accountant assistant Qualifications and Skills:

-Date entry to our system ,

-Assist any administrative affairs ,Proficient in Excel

-Proficiency at speaking and writing in English and Mandarin.
