岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities
全面负责POD生产车间的日常管理与生产计划执行。
Take full responsibility for the daily management of the POD production workshop and the execution of production plans.
监督并指导生产团队，确保生产任务按时保质完成。
Supervise and guide the production team to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
管控生产流程与质量标准，及时解决生产中出现的问题。
Control production processes and quality standards, promptly resolving any issues that arise during production.
协调各部门工作，包括设计、质检、仓储和物流，确保生产衔接顺畅。
Coordinate with various departments, including design, quality inspection, warehouse, and logistics, to ensure smooth production workflow.
制定并执行设备维护计划，确保生产设备正常运行。
Develop and implement equipment maintenance plans to ensure proper operation of production equipment.
培训新员工，提高团队整体生产技能与安全意识。
Train new employees to improve the team’s overall production skills and safety awareness.
监管员工保持生产车间及仓库整洁有序，符合安全及管理标准。
Oversee staff to maintain a clean and well-organized production workshop and warehouse in compliance with safety and management standards.
定期汇报生产数据，并提出流程优化建议。
Regularly report production data and propose process improvement suggestions.
任职要求 / Job Requirements
至少 3年生产主管或生产车间主管工作经验（必须担任过主管岗位，普通生产岗位经验不符合要求）。
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or Workshop Supervisor (must have held a supervisory role; regular production experience does not meet the requirement).
管理过至少20人的生产团队，具备较强的团队管理与激励能力。
Proven experience managing a production team of at least 20 people, with strong leadership and team motivation skills.
熟悉生产管理流程，有POD（Print on Demand）、跨境电商、制衣工厂或印刷行业经验者优先。
Familiarity with production management processes; experience in POD (Print on Demand), cross-border e-commerce, garment manufacturing, or printing industries preferred.
普通话流利，英文可日常沟通，且持有合法工作许可（Working Authorization）。
Fluent in Mandarin, able to communicate in English for daily work, and must hold valid working authorization.
注重细节、条理性强，具备优秀的组织与执行能力，能在快节奏、多任务环境中保持高效与准确。
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with excellent organizational and execution skills; able to remain efficient and accurate in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
具备生产计划、质量控制及成本管理的实战经验。
Hands-on experience in production planning, quality control, and cost management.
责任心强，工作积极主动，有较强的解决问题能力。
Strong sense of responsibility, proactive work attitude, and solid problem-solving abilities.
薪资薪水 / Compensation & Benefits
