We’re seeking an experienced full-time Remote Mortgage Loan Processor who is Chinese-speaking, to work in tandem with the loan officer. As a Remote Mortgage Loan Processor, you will play a crucial role in our mortgage lending process. You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing mortgage loans, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and dedication to delivering top-notch service will be instrumental in helping us meet our clients' needs. Ready to start? Apply today!

Responsibilities

-Maintain detailed documentation of the process in our system - from submission to close
-Adhere to all lending and regulatory guidelines and policies while preparing the loan file
-Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan documents prior to submission
-Order property and loan documentation such as appraisals, inspections, title searches, site surveys, contracts, and property tax records to help process mortgage loan files
-Respond to all in-house and customer inquiries regarding transactions and maintain detailed documentation of the process from submission to close
-Communication of milestones to various parties involved in the transaction - attorneys, real estate agents, loan officers, and clients
-Customer service - provide exceptional service to clients by addressing concerns and providing timely feedback

Qualifications

-Understanding of mortgage loan products (CONV/FHA/VA) and knowledge of mortgage documentation, processes, and procedures
-2+ years of loan processor experience preferred
-Prior Mortgage Brokerage experience preferred
-Strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and follow-up skills
-Working knowledge of automated underwriting systems such as DU and LP
-Proficiency in Chinese Language is preferred
