Primary Duties & Responsibilities:



Manage internal/external requests and go to relative departments for solutions



Manage inventory and resources (Returned products, etc.)



Administrative and logistic support



Work with the project team to create a checklist for upgrade and order of actions



Ensure that the production environment remains stable during additions and system updates



Job Requirements:



High school’s degree



Ability to prioritize and multitask



Being bilingual (English and Chinese) is a Must



Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member



Ability to communicate at all levels with internal/external clients by phone and email



Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)



Job Type: Full-time



Salary: $40,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year, depending on the candidate’s abilities



Work Schedule:



8 hours per day from Monday to Friday

New York, NY 10004 (Hybrid model can be discussed in detail during the interview)
