F&B Full Charge Bookkeeper/ Accountant; $80,000 to $85,000/year

The Lam Group is one of the leading developers and operators of franchised hotels in New York City and the outer boroughs. The group is headquartered in NYC and operates in all facets of the hospitality industry. Currently, we are seeking a full-time F&B Full Charge Bookkeeper/ Accountant to join the team. Candidate must have the ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a reliable team player who has strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
• Processing accounts payable: inputting invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and preparing payments.
• Handling all aspects of reconciling credit cards, gathering receipts, and G/L coding.
• Tracking Tips with disbursements tracking credit card and cash.
• Monitoring, analyzing and developing reports on F&B cost of sales, including recipe costing.
• Monitoring F&B control systems and procedures.
• Performing some HR-related duties.
• Performing other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an accountant/ full charge bookkeeper role strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
