Job description

Rent Collection Specialist (Full-Time) – $58K–$65K

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Benefits: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical & Dental Insurance, Discounted Condo Purchase & Rent

Key Responsibilities:

Collect rent payments and follow up on late payments & outstanding balances.

Maintain accurate records in Yardi and Google Sheets.

Issue late fee notices and coordinate with attorneys when necessary.

Work with tenants to set up payment plans and resolve payment issues.

Requirements:

Experience in Accounts payable, AR, or Property Accounting).

Proficiency in Yardi and Google Sheets is preferred.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.What We Offer:

Salary: Starting at $58,000 – $65,000 per year
