岗位职责 Job Responsibilities：
负责电商平台的日常运营管理（如 Shopify、Amazon、Etsy、TikTok Shop 等）
产品上架、优化、维护及基础数据管理
处理订单流程，与生产及发货团队对接
协助线上促销活动及广告执行
跟踪销售数据，提升转化率和店铺表现
维护平台账号安全与运营规范
Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms (Shopify，Amazon，Etsy，TikTok Shop, etc.)
Product listing, optimization, and store maintenance
Handle order processing and coordinate with production and fulfillment teams
Support online promotions and basic advertising operations
Monitor store performance and improve conversion rates
Maintain account compliance and operational standards
岗位要求 Job Requirements：
至少1年以上电商相关工作经验
具备实际平台运营经验（必须）
持有美国合法工作身份
英语听说读写流利
工作认真负责，执行力强
有 POD、服装、电商工厂经验者优先
Minimum 1 year of e-commerce working experience
Hands-on platform operation experience required
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
Responsible, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Experience with POD, apparel, or factory-based e-commerce is a plus
