【岗位职责】
• 开发并维护物流客户（卡车运输 / 本地配送 / LTL / FTL）
• 与调度、司机、客户之间进行沟通协调
• 学习并参与物流调度工作（企业提供带教）
• 跟进订单执行情况，确保运输顺利完成
• 达成个人及团队月度业绩目标

【报酬与收入】
收入结构：

Job Responsibilities
• Develop and manage logistics clients (FTL / LTL / local trucking)
• Coordinate with dispatchers, drivers, and customers
• Learn and participate in dispatch operations (training provided)
• Track shipments and ensure smooth delivery
• Achieve monthly individual and team sales targets
Requirements
• Sales experience preferred (logistics or trucking is a plus)
• Strong communication and execution skills
• Willingness to learn logistics operations
• Responsible and results-driven
• Working English required (bilingual is a plus)
• Comfortable with performance-based evaluation
No logistics experience required if you have strong sales skills
Compensation
Compensation Structure:
• Base pay + commission + performance bonus
• Monthly income up to $5,000+ upon achieving targets
• No cap on commission
