We're looking for friendly front desk full-time and part-time medical assistant / receptionists in Midtown Multi-disciplinary physician office.
Responsibilities include screening phone calls, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, entering data, filing, and other routine daily office cleaning duties. We are willing to train the right person.
- The ideal candidate must be highly skilled in communicating effectively with patients in person, by telephone, email or text if necessary, and in diligent follow-up with patients and insurance payors.
Salaries or hourly wage will depend on the eligibility of the candidate.
We prefer people who can work with us for many years.
