A Financial Center Operation Manager who loves to deal with people politely and professionally through phone, e-mail, and mail communications.
Job Responsibilities:
· Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operation.
· Answers phone calls and supports visitors.
· Schedules and attends inhouse & external meetings, workshops, trainings, events, … etc.
· Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, … etc.
· Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
· Assists travel arrangements for staff.
· Develops administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
· Ensures operation of equipment by completing maintenance requirements.
· Maintains supplies inventory by checking and placing orders for supplies.
· Establishes and posts Commission Based Sales Reps recruiting advertisements.
Work Hours & Benefits:
· 40-hour week.
· 1099 compensations & bonus.
Administrative Assistant Skills:
· Verbal communication skills - Fluent Bi-lingually in English & Chinese Mandarin, additional language is a plus.
· Good administrative reporting, writing and presentation and problem-solving skills.
· Supply & Inventory Management Control.
Education and Experience Requirements:
· Sincerity, honesty & professionalism.
· High school diploma or equivalent education required.
· 1+ years of operation manager/assistant experience.
· Software knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
· Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
