Are you passionate about sushi and night owls who love working in a fast-paced kitchen? We’re looking for talented individuals to join our team!

📍 Location: 1st Ave & 59th Street
🕒 Shift: Night Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Positions Available:

Sushi Chef
Experienced in preparing and crafting sushi.
Knowledge of sushi ingredients, techniques, and presentation.
Ability to maintain quality and consistency.

Kitchen Helpers
Assist in sushi wrapping, frying, and other kitchen tasks.
Prior experience in food prep or frying is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidates!
Hardworking, reliable, and able to work well in a team.
