1. Follow-up Coordination: Help follow up with responsible parties and move projects forward on marketing items like renderings, brochures, purchase tracking, website, branding, and floor plans.

2. TCO/CO Updates: Update the TCO/CO list for each project.

3. Condo Book Assistance: Assist with Schedule A editing in the condo book.

4. Contract Tracking: Keep track of contracts out and signed units with attorneys.

5. Lease Contract Review: Help review contracts for leasing and sales.

6. Monthly Requisition Review: Review documents for monthly requisitions.

7. Purchase Order Tracking: Track purchase orders for each project, including finish materials, lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures, appliances, and more.
