中文岗位职责
作为站长储备人才培养，通过6个月系统培养与轮岗学习，全面掌握站点运营全流程，最终成长为合格站长。
系统学习站点日常运营管理，包括分拣、装卸、配送、交接、异常处理、客户对接等全环节实操。
协助站长进行人员排班、现场管理、数据统计、报表整理及团队日常协助工作。
学习运力协调、货物中转、时效管控、破损与异常件处理，提升运营问题解决能力。
参与站点安全管理、5S执行、设备维护及合规运营相关工作，掌握站点风险控制要点。
按培养计划完成阶段学习与考核，通过阶段性评估后逐步承担管理职责，向站长岗位晋升。
跟进业务流程优化，配合完成区域下达的运营指标，提升站点服务质量与运营效率。
English Job Description
Recruited as a Station Trainee, to be developed into a qualified Station Manager through a 6-month systematic training program with progressive promotions based on stage assessments.
Systematically learn the full daily operation of the station, including sorting, loading/unloading, delivery, handover, exception handling, and customer coordination.
Assist the Station Manager in staff scheduling, on-site management, data statistics, report preparation, and daily team support.
Learn capacity coordination, cargo transfer, timeliness control, and handling of damaged or abnormal parcels to improve operational problem-solving abilities.
Participate in station safety management, 5S implementation, equipment maintenance, and compliance operations to master risk control points.
Complete staged learning and assessments as per the training plan; gradually take on management responsibilities and promote toward Station Manager upon passing evaluations.
Proactively follow up on process optimization, support the achievement of operational targets set by the region, and improve service quality and operational efficiency.
