C.O.W.M. INC. is a fast-paced Asian food & beverage wholesaler looking for a dedicated Call Center

/ Sales Clerk to join our growing team! Please apply via email，sending [email protected] your

Responsibilities

● Perform data entry, creating new sales orders, and updating existing sales orders accurately

● Take customer calls to manage orders, and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their

queries and concerns

● Call customers to manage orders, and inform them about the company’s new products,

services and policies

● Guide customers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the

products or services

● Review customer accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping and

other account items

● Collaborate with other call center / sales professionals to improve customer service

Requirements

● Proven work experience as a call center /sales clerk (or similar role)

● Excellent communication skills

● Outstanding organizational skills

● Speak Chinese, and basic English
