Job description
Driscoll Tophay LLC is a well-established hay sourcing and processing company based in Pocatello, Idaho. We are hiring a Farm Driver and we'd love to talk with you about joining our team and starting YOUR career.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish and maintain a positive experience for DTH growers through professional interpersonal interactions.
Drive various DTH vehicles to haul crops, supplies, or tools.
Inform all customers of any safe product handling procedures.
Observe and troubleshoot machinery operation to detect equipment malfunctions.
Comply with DTH policies/procedures and DOT regulations.
Practice and encourage workplace safety and hold self and others accountable to uphold workplace safety standards.
Other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & ABILITIES
Knowledge and understanding of:
Customer service
Equipment operation and maintenance
Safety rules, procedures, and practices
Ability to:
Establish effective working relationships with management, co-workers, and the general public.
Maintain an excellent driving record.
Operate light and heavy equipment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience/Training:
High School diploma or GED
License/Certification:
Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License issued
Salary
US15 Dollar PER HOUR
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
