JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Overall manage each team: Supervisors
Puller
Checker
Restocking
Shipping
process
and system to make sure productivity targets are met.
2. Review all sales orders every day to schedule the working plan
assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
also reach the goal.
3. Oversee receiving
warehousing
distribution
and maintenance operations.
4. Identify daily reports to examine anything that needs to improve.
5. Regularly communicate with customers

and head office to ensure quality and delivery standards are upheld.
