The Junior Accountant will work closely with the accounting team to support general accounting needs such as AR/AP, journal entries and monthly reconciliations.

This positon performs day to day financial transactions, processes accounts receivable transactions, such as generating customer invoices, recording payments, and monitoring outstanding balances. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the accounting system. Reconcile accounts receivable sub-ledgers to the general ledger on a regular basis. Assist in month-end processes, and perform other duties as needed.

Candidate requires proven experience as a general accountant or in a similar role. Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable principles and processes. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Bilingual Chinese is a must.
