Expeed Global Inc is seeking a logistic operator, who is responsible to
* Planning and Scheduling: You will often be responsible for planning and scheduling shipments, deliveries, and pickups.
* Inventory Management: Monitoring and managing inventory levels is crucial in logistics. You may need to track stock levels, reconcile discrepancies, and collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate inventory records.
* Order Processing: Processing customer orders is a key responsibility. This involves receiving and reviewing customer orders, verifying product availability, generating order confirmations, and coordinating with the warehouse team to fulfill orders accurately and on time.
* Transportation Coordination: You are responsible for arranging transportation services, such as booking carriers, negotiating rates, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Additionally, you may need to track shipments, provide updates to stakeholders, and resolve any transportation-related issues that may arise.
* Documentation and Compliance: You will need to ensure that shipping documents, such as bills of lading, customs forms, and export/import documentation, are accurately prepared and filed. Compliance with safety, security, and customs regulations is crucial in international logistics.
* Problem-solving: As a logistics professional, you will need to be proactive in identifying and resolving problems that may arise during transportation, such as delays, route changes, or product damages. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
