**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Developing and maintaining current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Train personnel to follow established cGMPs and SOPs
Ensure food safety procedures are implemented, practiced, and documented.
**Duties:**
Participates in GMP, sanitation, and safety inspections across production departments, issuing and following up on work orders to address any identified deficiencies;
coordinates with relevant associates to ensure timely completion of the required tasks.
Work closely with production personnel to identify problems and corrective actions.
Maintain organized filing system to ensure all information is readily available at any time to support company needs.
Responsible for maintenance of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) and cGMP for the facility.
Ensure that proper procedures and documentation are applied to all products as they are produced.
Maintain ongoing files for nutritional information and ingredient Certification of Analyses.
Develop, maintain, and keep current all supplier and ingredient certifications.
Responsible for oversight, assistance and review of all quality audits performed by external parties.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
