We are seeking a QA Inspecter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through meticulous testing and analysis.
Essential Job Functions: ·
Execute day-to-day QA programs to ensure products are produced according to specifications. Responsible for monitoring and documentation of all Quality Control Points on the production line (e.g. weight
label height
lot code).
Investigate customer complaints and work with management team to implement corrective/preventive actions
Work with plant management team to improve safety
manufacturing processes and product quality
Develop and maintain specification for raw materials
manufacturing processes
finished products
Perform incoming material inspection and manage inspection record.
Record and evaluate vendor performance
Hold and Release packaging materials and finished products as needed
Maintain updated label file
Scan all Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and save files into the network drive
Back up QA Supervisor in his/her absence.
· Perform routine Laboratory Testing (i.e. pH
brix
water activity
acidity titration
viscosity
etc.).
· Perform daily calibration and documentation of laboratory equipment.
· Monitor and order laboratory supplies when supplies are low
within appropriate min/max inventory levels.
Understand and follow all Good Manufacturing Processes (GMPs) guidelines and rules at all times.
