About this job:
• Answers phones, takes appropriate messages, and/or provides information as needed.
• Provides customer support by addressing inquiries.
• Assists and performs other administrative tasks.
• Work hours: 24-30 hours per week
• Job location: Rosemead
Job Qualifications:
• Medical knowledge or medical office experience is a plus
• Education: high school diploma or equivalent
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Team worker
• Proficient in computer
