Tourism Bus Operations Company is hiring an Operations Manager.
1. Educational Background: Bachelor39;s degree or above, preferably in relevant fields such as Business Administration or Operations Management.
2. Work Experience: Relevant work experience in the field of corporate operations management will be given preference.
3. Leadership and Team Collaboration:Ability to effectively lead teams, coordinate various departments, and ensure efficient business operations.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and coordination abilities, maintaining strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
5. Problem Solving: Capability to address challenges and devise improvement strategies, responding swiftly to various operational issues.
6. Project Management: Familiarity with project management principles, proficient in planning, executing, and monitoring business projects.
7. Language Requirements: Proficient in both Chinese and English. Since collaboration with local and international companies is essential, excellent English speaking skills are a necessity. Ideally, the candidate grew up locally, without any discernible accent.
