We’re looking for an Operation Manager Assistant to help the Operations Manager supervise the daily operations of the organization
drive sales on all our e-commerce platforms and traditional customers
and implement and measure standard operating processes within the facility. The candidates must have excellent communication skills
proficient English speaking
and a good working attitude. Must be detail-oriented
self-motivated
and self-driven who want to achieve their personal values.

Job duties (but not limited to)：

-Sourcing new product lines as instructed
-Manage internet sales channel accounts as needed
-Develop and create a new online channel and traditional sales channel
-Collect and manage customer resources and provide customer service support
-Help the team members when needed. Always as a role of backup in the team

Requirements:

-College graduates with associate degrees
-Highly organized and energetic personality
-E-commerce business sales experience preferred
-Work independently
can work under quota pressure.
-Excellent communication skill is a must
-Good personality is a mus
-Proficient English speaking
-Need to have a driver's license
-Good driving record
-Must have own vehicle
