Kitchen and Bath Sales Associate
East Star Building Supply Co. has been providing Bay Area home owners,
contractors, builders, designers with high quality kitchen and bath materials for
over 18 years. East Star has maintained quality products, plenty of inventory,
reasonable prices, efficient and professional customer services . We have
recently expanded our business : A new location in the city of Fremont (
estimated to open in September .) A complete cabinet production chain located
in San Francisco to provide high end cabinets for our Bay Area customers.
We are looking for a result-driven retail Sales Associate to be responsible for all
sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales. Sales Associate duties
and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their
needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right
solutions. You should be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and
ensure maximum client satisfaction. To be successful as a Sales associate, you
should stay up-to-date with product features and maintain our store’s visual
appearance in high standards. Ultimately, the duties of a sales associate are to
achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store’s sales
goals.
Responsibilities
● Be able to read customer’s rough sketches , lay-out and dimension to
make a virtual kitchen cabinet design for customers with 2020 Design.
● Provide customers with product information, quotation and assist them to
choose appropriate merchandise to purchase .
● Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries.
● Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available
options.
● Handle returns of merchandise.
● Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
● Build productive trust relationships with customers.
● Comply with inventory control procedures.
● Respond to incoming calls and emails from customers.
● Responsible for showroom display with mark price and product display.
Skill
● Experience of 2020 Design is preferred . ( Trainable)
● Familiar with kitchen and bath materials
● Knowledge of cabinet construction, installation.
● Proficient with computers including Microsoft word, excel and Google
applications etc
● Bilingual English/Chinese.
● High school degree; BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a
plus.
Job Type: Full-time. 9am to 5:30pm
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
