We are a rapidly growing dental laboratory located in Hayward. We are currently seeking an Operations Assistant who will be responsible for daily shipping and receiving tasks
customer service
and dental mold management:

1. Job Responsibilities:

- Perform daily shipping and receiving tasks.

- Organize and categorize dental molds.

- Handle email and phone customer service inquiries and manage problem cases.

- Basic data processing and spreadsheet management.

- Basic packaging and labeling tasks.

2. Requirements:

- Must be proficient in English with fluent communication skills and basic reading and writing abilities.

- Good computer skills with accurate and fast typing abilities
familiarity with Excel is essential.

- Detail-oriented
hardworking
responsible
and capable of good communication and teamwork.

- Legal tax status.

3. Salary and Benefits:

- Prior experience is preferred. Hourly wage is $22-$23 based on experience
with fixed annual increases.

- Probation period of 3 months. Training/probation period salary is $20/hour.

- Benefits include medical insurance
paid sick leave
and annual bonuses.

4. Working Hours: Monday to Friday
8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Lunch: half hours.
