Introduction:
Join our dynamic e-commerce team at Homelegance as an Account Manager;where you will play a crucial role in expanding our online presence and driving sales. We are looking for a proactive and experienced professional to manage and optimize our online listings;enhance SEO strategies;and oversee effective advertising campaigns for assigned customers.
Responsibilities:
Listing Management:Create and manage product listings across various e-commerce platforms. Ensure that all listings are accurate, visually appealing, and fully optimized.
Sales Optimization: Utilize analytics to assess listing performance and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer engagement.
SEO and Keyword Optimization: Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase product visibility and rankings. Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize listings and maximize traffic.
Advertising and Promotions: Manage PPC campaigns and coordinate with the team to design promotional strategies that enhance product visibility and sales.
Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.Keep up-to-date with industry standards and competitor strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive strategy and optimize customer satisfaction.
Reporting: Generate regular reports on account status, growth, and overall performance, providing actionable insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience in e-commerce account management, SEO, and online advertising.Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
