About Us:
We are a Los Angeles-based wholesale company specializing in plumbing products
including PEX pipes
copper pipes
and related accessories. Our main customers are plumbers
builders
and repair companies. We are looking for a fluent English-speaking customer service and sales assistant to handle daily customer inquiries and assist in sales promotions.
Job Responsibilities:
* Customer Service
Answer customer calls
provide product information
and assist with ordersRespond to customer emails and handle after-sales inquiries
* Sales & Promotion (Commission-based opportunities)
List and promote products on Facebook and OfferUp
engage with customers
and generate leads Assist walk-in customers at our warehouse
introduce products
and close sales
Requirements:
Fluent in English
with strong communication skills
Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred Familiarity with Facebook and OfferUp sales platforms is a plus Responsible
outgoing
and proactive
Compensation & Benefits: Base salary + sales commission
