Import Operation Coordinator (HIH Overseas Business Unit)

Job Description
1) Daily order
taking from customers and filing

2) Daily order dispatching to operation departments or vendors

3) Track order fulfillment progress

4) Input order information into project management system

5) Generate report from the system upon project manager"s
instructions

6) In time reporting for any service or operation issue

Compulsory Qualificaiton
1) Fluent
speaking and writing in English with Chinese as mother language

2) Experienced in using Microsoft Office applications

3) 1 year and above experience in customer service rep.

4) Good record of integrity in past working experience

5) Positive attitude of teamwork
