Company Overview:
GE Properties is a leading commercial property
management company specializing in the San Gabriel Valley Area. We are
dedicated to providing exceptional services to our clients and tenants, and we
are committed to leveraging digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand
presence and attract high-quality tenants.

Duties:
- Create, maintain, and update listings on Loopnet, Crexi, and web-site (ensure listings information are up to date, regularly send out loopnet email champagne)
- Photo and Video Processing digital assets for out listings
- Create marketing brochure, advertisement, print ads etc...
- Support in capturing new business by researching property valuation, creating owner39, s database, retrieving profiles, getting comps from Costar, Loopnet, MLS etc.....
- Support in finding tenant and buyers by participating in match making sessions (matching tenants to properties).
- When proven ready, assist in drafting lease agreements.
