We have two open positions for a Graphic Designer and a Bookkeeper at our family-sized print and sign company, where we are seeking candidates fluent in both Chinese and English to join our team at our El Monte office.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing graphics for various platforms and mediums
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and banners
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work

Qualifications
- Self-starter, fast learner, and hardworking
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to think outside the box.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
- Experience in print advertising is a plus.

BOOKKEEPER
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate records (including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries)
- At least 1 year of roficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports, ensuring accurate and timely payments
- This role is crucial in ensuring our financial accuracy and supporting our operational efficiency
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements, resolving any discrepancies

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar administrative role, within the printing or manufacturing industry a plus.
- Fast learner, willing to train the right candidate.
- CPA license not required
