工作职责：
监督日常门店运营，确保运营高效有序, 领导、培训并激励多元化团队，以达成销售目标并提供卓越的客户服务。管理库存水平、定价策略和产品陈列，以最大化销售机会。使用零售数学分析销售数据，做出有关库存和促销的明智决策。制定并实施提升门店业绩的策略，同时遵守预算限制。营造温馨的购物环境，及时与客户沟通并满足他们的需求。确保遵守集团政策、安全标准和相关法规要求。与上级管理层协作，共同制定门店目标、推动门店计划，并参与社区互动。
岗位要求：
拥有零售管理或类似职位的经验，有杂货零售行业经验者优先。熟悉零售销售技巧和预算管理实践。优秀的团队管理能力，能够激励并培养有能力的员工。精通零售数学，用于有效的库存管理和定价策略。出色的沟通能力（口头和书面），会多种语言者优先。较强的时间管理能力，能够在快节奏的环境中有效地优先处理任务。以客户为中心的思维方式，能够与不同类型的客户建立良好的关系。

Store Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, pricing strategies, and product displays to maximize sales opportunities.
- Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and make informed decisions regarding stock levels and promotions.
- Develop and implement strategies for improving store performance while adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Foster a welcoming environment by effectively communicating with customers and addressing their needs promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role within the grocery sector.
- Strong knowledge of retail sales techniques and budgeting practices.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Proficiency in retail math for effective inventory management and pricing strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
