现根据工作需要，招工直播运营精英2名，短视频运营2名，条件如下：
Responsibility:
1. Live streaming organizing
2. Making plan/script for live streaming
3. Managing live streaming
4. Researching and leaning other live streaming competitors or platforms.
5. Analyzing each lives and make adjustment
6. Setting live streaming sales goals and execute it
7. Camera operating
8. Lighting set up
9. Operating account
10. Content creating
11. Other live streaming or account content related work.
Requirement:
1. Live streaming experience is a big plus
2. Knowledge of Tiktok live streaming, content and other platform live streaming
3. Camera operating experience, phone recording experience
4. Basic lighting skills and knowledge
5. Editing skills and knowledge, tiktok editing experience
6. Film/Media/Marketing related major
7. Mandarin/English bilingual
